‘Climatic Change Is Not Real’ states Yoga

 The so-called perspective of human that we are separate individuals and the earth is a separate entity is destroying mankind.  A planet consists of non-living rocks, water and air which happen to be different but are connected internally.

The Connection Between Humanity, Nature, and Environmental Balance

These are part of the same mother earth and so do we. Human is born out of nature, going through natural procedures of birth and death. The mortal danger to our existence is solely ignorance, exploitation and even destructive processes that humankind time again is responsible. If you look into the history of development, you will notice the destruction of species and the imbalance we have created which has vehemently subjected to the prolonged damage of the ecosystem, and change of climate.

How Yoga Influences Mental Stability and Environmental Awareness

We always think we are getting affected by climate change, but yoga states we are affected by the mental stability and thus the climate gets affected. Being vocal about the well doings of yoga will help you to get rid of the clutter that we all have in our mind. Yoga helps in cleansing and offering a perception of a better mankind. The openness of your thought, the non-rigid attitude, and the ability to accept the change is the essence that yoga injects in you.  We live in a multi-dimensional country where people of various caste, race, and discrimination are part and parcel of it. Following certain specified yoga, you’ll be able to open up in terms of thinking, accepting and enjoying the changes from within.

Earth is sick, we are sick!

It is very accurate to say that the modern world is getting sicker day by day. On one side of the planet, there is too much cold where the other side of the earth is hot. Instead of getting into a mindset of the earth is destructing day by day can make it difficult to live, but the scenario is different.

Concentrate on the fact, if we are stating the earth is destructing, and then we are unconsciously giving up to nature, not trying to do anything to maintain a balance. Who are responsible?  If you observe earth has its way of balancing nature. If one part of the earth is having too cold weather, the other part becomes hot. If you notice the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere, the temperature is balanced.  Have you ever heard that there is cold/hot/raining across the globe? 

The Connection Between Human Health and the Earth’s Well-Being

If the earth gets sicker we get sicker too. The energy that earth possesses affects us immensely. Our energy is the best spending not by cataloguing the problems but on the solution. Like our bodies, the living earth has a huge capacity to regulate itself.  Yoga helps us to connect to that energy derived from the mother earth and tap it to our inner self. It is us who with our selfish motives are disrupting the nature’s energy creating the imbalance.

When spring comes, the northern hemisphere hold majorities of the forests and grasslands have a greener leaf-bearing climate. Tapping to nature’s unsaid beauty and undefined energy we need communication. That communication is the essence of yoga.

Yoga enables to touch the universal energy and get your inner self connected to it, offering certain innate changes, making you a better being.

Balance ourselves and the earth

Whenever we are standing we are balancing.  We are so adoptive that we naturally do adjustments to sustain ourselves to live on this planet. Then why are we not adjustable when it comes to religion, caste and culture? It is a proven fact that the more barriers you have within yourself the more the environment will be affected. ‘What we are seek is what we attract.’

The Power of Devotion and Positive Energy in Bhakti Yoga

In yoga, especially bhakti yoga, the quality of devotion and dedication towards your loved one or the things you love will enable you to achieve that state of mind. Positivity, wellness, dedication, love and creating compassion is the gain to you on a regular practice.  Dedicated thoughts will create less turmoil in your outside world as well. Believing in the fact of change and bringing that change by yourself is what a true work of a Yogi.  

Yoga is the practice of finding and maintaining balance.

In many parts of the world, it is imbalanced; like in Kashmir- the unrest among the masses creates a lot of climatic turmoil among the masses. We have to build ourselves strongly to be acceptable. Through regular practice of Karma yoga you will be able to bring out the selfless compassion within yourself. You will be able to purify your heart by letting go of the ego, hatred, jealousy from within. The power to being fully conscious of self- you will be one step ahead of acceptability.

Diminishing discrimination, love and humanitarian traits will be empowered for maintaining a balance with nature.

Our withdrawal from the impurities and giving it all to untie the emotions of the one’s life and live in the reality is the power of a yogi.

The power of self-realization, power of the mind to spread the real and unreal, the lesser discrimination, and accepting the nature and human as a being will surely reduce the unrest. Yoga strongly suggests that it is an illusion among us to see what is within. If we have turmoil inside us we will see the same and experience the same outside. If we have distinction and discrimination among our self as beings we will see the same outside. This sort of thinking creates toxic energy within and spread outside.

Polishing ourselves based on the various types of yoga will create positive energy from within and thus the nature will act accordingly. The solution lies in the hearts of humanity. We have to again wake up to the wisdom that balances the essentials.

Are we balancing ourselves? As soon as we understand the imbalance, are we taking any step?

Yoga is deeply rooted in restoring the balance and holding the centre. Each and every person should be entitled to keep the balance and make the most out of it.   

Finding personal balance

When we find our balance we may find ourselves looking into an imbalance around us. The world may look like stressed out and behave abnormally. Going with the flow will never help. Coming out of the shell and base your life on yoga will create the unique ability, the energy and the vibration that will maintain the balance inside and outside.
